Come and feel at home with your furry friend in this pet friendly community. Streets are paved and off-street parking is available. The park has 32 spaces.

• Lot rent is $295 a month.
• The community is an all-ages park, which means anyone over 18 can move in with approved background.
• Our pet policy: We have a (2) pet limit per home in our community. All pets must be under 25lbs.
• Breed Restriction: We do not allow any dangerous breeds in our community.

The community was acquired in 2021 by Southern Estates. We currently only sell homes in the community.
